Terms and Conditions of Purchase
The general conditions of this document regulate the relationships between Ticketzeta by UNIBLANCO srl, the operator of the websites ticketzeta.it and ticketzeta.com, the Organizers of entertainment and show events (hereinafter referred to as "Organizers"), and the Users who intend to purchase tickets (hereinafter referred to as "User").
The system, approved by the Italian Revenue Agency and SIAE, allows the sale and distribution, also through outsourcing, of access tickets for entertainment and show events, using local ticketing stations through third parties, online, and via the Internet.
UNIBLANCO SRL has a widespread commercial network, allowing all users with a personal computer to connect to the Ticketzeta website and access the ticketing service from home to purchase and receive tickets, subscriptions, or other services electronically for various events (trade fairs, sports events, casinos, theaters, concerts, museums, clubs, etc.) without additional telephone or shipping costs. The User who purchases the ticket will receive it with all the necessary tax details and will be able to access the event directly.
The validity of the ticket will be electronically verified at the event entrance; therefore, access will not be granted to individuals with an already used, photocopied, or invalid ticket.
1- Service Scope UNIBLANCO SRL provides Organizers of entertainment and show events with outsourced ticket presale and distribution services. The events published on ticketzeta.it and ticketzeta.com are organized and managed directly by their respective Organizers. By purchasing an admission ticket, the User confirms having read, understood, and fully accepted these general conditions. UNIBLANCO SRL reserves the right to modify and/or integrate these terms whenever necessary. The updated version is always available on ticketzeta.it and ticketzeta.com.
2- Registration To purchase access tickets via ticketzeta.it and ticketzeta.com, the User, if explicitly required by applicable regulations (secondary ticketing, sporting events, etc.), must register. Upon completing the registration, the system will send a confirmation email and verify the information provided.
3- Purchase Methods Payment can be made via credit or prepaid card using the secure payment systems Stripe and Nexi. Additionally, if the product meets the requirements, payment can be made using the teacher’s card and cultural cards, subject to their respective terms and conditions.
4- Data Security During the payment process, the transmission of credit card numbers over the network is protected, as the connection to the banking server uses a secure transmission protocol based on SSL3 encryption with 128-bit keys. Upon completing the payment, the user will be able to view the transaction result and will receive a confirmation email. This system maximally protects the confidentiality of the buyer’s credit card data, as such data does not transit through ticketzeta.it and ticketzeta.com.
5- Ticket Delivery and Event Access After purchasing the ticket, the User will receive a confirmation email for the payment, as well as an email, SMS, or WhatsApp message containing the ticket in PDF format or, if applicable, with instructions for collection at the event venue's box office or courier delivery. All users must present a valid admission ticket to access the event. The ticket is valid only for the specific event, date, and time indicated. The Organizer reserves the right to deny access to the event venue due to irregularities in the admission ticket or purchase confirmation, or if either has been lost, stolen, destroyed, damaged, deteriorated, or is even partially unreadable due to improper handling. The Organizer also reserves the right to conduct security checks.
6- Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation Prohibition Pursuant to Article 55, paragraph 1(b), of Legislative Decree No. 206 of October 6, 2005 (the so-called "Consumer Code"), THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL under Articles 64 et seq. of the same Code DOES NOT APPLY. By accepting these general service conditions and successfully completing the purchase, the User expressly acknowledges, agrees, and accepts that, since UNIBLANCO srl operates on behalf of Third-Party Organizers, UNIBLANCO srl IS NOT AUTHORIZED TO REFUND OR REPLACE PURCHASED TICKETS.
7- Canceled and Rescheduled Events In the event of a CANCELED EVENT, UNIBLANCO srl, based on the procedures and timing decided by the Organizer as the sole responsible entity, undertakes to refund the ticket price (excluding presale fees and any applicable commissions) only if UNIBLANCO srl has been explicitly delegated to do so and provided that it has received the necessary funds from the Organizer. The CLIENT is entitled to a refund of the ticket price only if the ticket was purchased through one of our sales channels: our website or an affiliated reseller. In any case of event cancellation and/or rescheduling, the Customer may contact the Organizer directly to assert their rights.
8- Limitation of Liability and Rights of UNIBLANCO SRL Regarding Events UNIBLANCO srl provides a ticket sales service and is not authorized to refund the full or partial cost of a ticket before, during, or after the event. Therefore, refund requests sent to UNIBLANCO srl will not be considered. UNIBLANCO srl is not responsible for any changes or cancellations of events. UNIBLANCO srl is not liable for any inconvenience or issues faced by the User and is not required to reimburse ticket costs due to the event’s cancellation, postponement, or modification. UNIBLANCO srl does not assume any responsibility for direct or indirect damages related to the organization of events. Additionally, UNIBLANCO srl reserves the right to cancel any order for which the payment has not been correctly processed. Users are advised to always verify event details on the Organizer's official website.
9- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction The Contract is considered concluded in Italy and is subject to Italian law. For any dispute, the exclusive jurisdiction shall be the court of Agrigento.
