In force from 21 May 2026 - Previous versions can be requested from support [@] ticketzeta.com
Art. 1 — Subject Matter and Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Contract (hereinafter "GTC") govern the distance sale, and insofar as compatible the non-distance sale, of admission tickets for entertainment, cultural and sporting events, both national and international, carried out by UNIBLANCO srl Sole Shareholder Company (hereinafter "UNIBLANCO"), with registered office at Via De Nicola 29/O, 92021 Aragona (AG), VAT no. 03038250845, acting in the name and on behalf of the Event Organisers.
UNIBLANCO operates through the websites ticketzeta.it and ticketzeta.com (hereinafter the "Website") as well as through connected private label platforms, using the registered trademark Ticketzeta® licensed by the relevant trademark holders.
Each purchase gives rise to two distinct contractual relationships: (a) the Sale Contract, concluded between the Customer and the Organiser, concerning the purchase of the Admission Ticket; (b) the Services Contract, concluded between the Customer and UNIBLANCO, concerning the provision of pre-sale, distribution and delivery services for Admission Tickets. Under the Sale Contract, UNIBLANCO acts exclusively in the name and on behalf of the Organiser; under the Services Contract, it acts in its own name and on its own behalf. The organisation, management, execution of the event and pricing policy are the exclusive responsibility of the Organiser.
The offer and sale of Admission Tickets on the Website constitutes a distance contract governed by Chapter I, Title III (arts. 45 et seq.) of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 October 2005) and by Legislative Decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003 on electronic commerce.
These GTC also apply to purchases made through private label platforms connected to the Website. In some cases, additional terms and conditions specific to the Organiser or the Venue owner may apply; these will be highlighted and must be accepted by the user during registration, login or checkout, either on the private label platform or directly on the Website.
These GTC may be updated for regulatory, technological or organisational reasons that do not prejudice consumer rights. Amendments take effect from the date of publication on the Website and apply exclusively to orders placed thereafter. In the event of an update, UNIBLANCO will notify registered users by email to their registered address. The GTC in force at the time of purchase continue to apply to orders already concluded. The date of the latest version in force is always indicated at the top of this document.
These GTC do not govern the sale of products and/or services by third parties that may be present on the Website via links, banners or other hyperlinks. UNIBLANCO is not responsible for the content, services or products of such third parties, whose websites it does not control or monitor. Before transacting with such parties, you must check their terms of sale.

Art. 3 — Purchases on the Website
3.1. Admission Tickets may be purchased on the Website by both Consumers and non-Consumers. Natural persons may only purchase if they are 18 years of age or older. Where the purchaser is a minor, each purchase must be reviewed and authorised by a parent or legal guardian.
3.2. For certain events, the Organiser may set specific age restrictions for access. Such restrictions are indicated on the event page. It is the Customer's responsibility to check them before purchasing. UNIBLANCO is not responsible if access is denied due to failure to meet the age requirements set by the Organiser.
3.3. The Customer must carefully check all event details before purchasing a ticket, with particular reference to: artist or event, date, time, venue, age limit and any other restrictions or requirements indicated on the event page. The Customer shall have no right to any refund if restrictions prevent their attendance.
3.4. The maximum number of Tickets purchasable per single transaction may be set by UNIBLANCO or the Organiser based on organisational needs. Where applicable, this limit is indicated on the event page.
3.5. UNIBLANCO reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders from:
• users with whom legal proceedings are ongoing;
• users who have previously breached these GTC;
• users involved in fraud, in particular relating to credit card payments;
• users who have provided false, invented, incomplete or inaccurate identifying information, or details belonging to third parties;
• users who have entered the same name on multiple Admission Tickets where not permitted.
3.6. The Customer undertakes not to purchase Admission Tickets using robots, spiders or any other automated tool or unlawful means. Circumventing any limit on the number of purchasable Tickets is strictly prohibited.
3.7. Prohibited conduct on the Website includes, by way of example and not limited to: posting offensive, defamatory or unlawful content; spamming or sending unauthorised commercial communications; infringing third-party intellectual property rights; using the Website for illegal purposes or contrary to public order. UNIBLANCO reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user who violates these prohibitions, even without prior notice.
Art. 4 — Website Registration and MyTicketzeta Personal Area
4.1. To purchase Admission Tickets it is generally necessary to register on the Website. Registration is free. Where permitted for specific events, it is possible to purchase as a "guest" without creating an account, following the instructions provided during the purchase process.
4.2. During registration or purchase, UNIBLANCO may require identity validation via a One Time Password (OTP) code sent by SMS or email. Such validation is mandatory for events subject to the anti-secondary-ticketing legislation (Law no. 145 of 30 December 2018, amending art. 1, paragraphs 545 et seq. of Law 232/2016) and may also be required by UNIBLANCO for other events at its discretion, for security and purchaser identification purposes.
4.3. It is strictly prohibited to enter the personal data of third parties or false data; it is prohibited to create multiple accounts attributable to the same natural or legal person. In the event of a breach, UNIBLANCO reserves the right to suspend or close all accounts attributable to the same person, even without prior notice.
4.4. Login credentials are personal and non-transferable. The user must keep them confidential and immediately notify UNIBLANCO through official channels if they suspect unauthorised use. UNIBLANCO shall not be liable for any damage arising from the unauthorised use of credentials attributable to the user's careless conduct.
4.5. The MyTicketzeta personal area allows the registered user to:
• view and download purchased Admission Tickets;
• check order status and consult purchase history;
• view purchased Season Tickets/Subscriptions, separately from individual tickets;
• access resale and name-change services, where available;
• manage personal and billing data, modifying them at any time;
• change the access password;
• manage newsletter subscription;
• manage privacy preferences;
• download receipts and invoices for purchases made.
4.6. The user guarantees the completeness and accuracy of the data provided and undertakes to hold UNIBLANCO harmless from any damage arising from breach of these rules.
Art. 5 — Formation of Contract
5.1. In accordance with Legislative Decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003, UNIBLANCO informs the user that:
• to conclude the contract the user fills in an electronic order form and submits it following the instructions on the Website;
• Admission Tickets placed in the basket are reserved for the user for a maximum time indicated on the basket summary page, which varies depending on the event. If that time expires without the payment being completed, the reservation lapses and the Tickets automatically go back on sale;
• the contract is deemed concluded at the moment the order form, including the payment, is correctly received by UNIBLANCO's server;
• if the transaction appears completed but the system has not generated the order confirmation and/or has not delivered the digital Tickets, the transaction must be considered unsuccessful and the purchase not concluded; in that case the Customer is invited to contact Customer Service before making a new purchase attempt;
• before submission, the user can check and correct any input errors by following the instructions on the Website;
• the Customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of all data entered (event, date, time, venue, section, seat, price, delivery method) before concluding the contract. Once the purchase is concluded, no element of the Admission Ticket may be changed, except in the cases expressly provided for by the name-change service in Art. 20;
• once the order is registered, UNIBLANCO sends the Customer an order confirmation to the stated email address, containing a summary of the GTC, essential information about the Ticket purchased, the itemised price, the payment method, delivery costs, any additional costs, the delivery deadline and Customer Service contact details. The confirmation email constitutes confirmation of the contract on a durable medium pursuant to art. 51, paragraph 7, of the Consumer Code;
• the Customer is bound by the contract and obliged to pay the Total Amount regardless of receipt of the order confirmation, the delivery of which may depend on factors outside UNIBLANCO's control;
• the order form is archived by UNIBLANCO for the time necessary for performance and in any event within the periods required by law. The user may access it via MyTicketzeta.
5.2. By ticking the appropriate box during the purchase or registration process, the Customer declares having read these GTC in full and accepted them. Such electronic acceptance has full contractual force pursuant to Legislative Decree 70/2003 and the Consumer Code.
5.3. The contract may be concluded in Italian. In the event of a translation of these GTC into other languages, the Italian version prevails in case of conflict.
5.4. These GTC, together with the information provided on the Website before and during the purchase process, constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter of the contract and supersede any prior communications, understandings or agreements between them.
5.5. UNIBLANCO reserves the right to correct at any time any typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions on the Website regarding event descriptions, prices, promotions or availability, even after the order has been submitted, notifying the Customer accordingly.
Art. 6 — Availability and Selection of Admission Tickets
6.1. The allocation of Admission Tickets available through the Website (allotment) is entirely determined by the Organiser, who sets the number, price, type and any maximum number purchasable per account. The allotment may change based on additional availability communicated by the Organiser.
6.2. The Organiser may reserve a certain number of Tickets for specific user groups at dates prior to the general on-sale. Tickets marked "Unavailable" or "Sold Out" cannot be purchased.
6.3. In situations of high traffic, the Website may activate a virtual queue to ensure fair user access. Purchase requests are processed by the server in chronological order.
6.4. Where applicable, seat selection may be made by automatic assignment of the best available seat in the selected category, or by direct selection on the venue map. UNIBLANCO is not an exclusive distribution network and does not guarantee that the Tickets available through the Website represent the overall best seats at the time of purchase, nor that better seats will not be put on sale by the Organiser at a later stage. The Organiser reserves the right to modify the seating layout for specific organisational reasons.
6.5. For certain events, the Organiser may make ancillary products and/or services available together with the Admission Ticket or subsequently while supplies last. Such products are governed by the terms and conditions of the responsible party, which the Customer is required to check before purchasing.
Art. 7 — Price, Fees and Total Amount
7.1. The Face Price of Admission Tickets, set by the Organiser and inclusive of any Pre-Sale Charge (which may not exceed 15% of the Face Value), is indicated on the Website on each event page. The price breakdown is visible during the purchase process, in the order summary and in the order confirmation.
7.2. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Price at any time. The price charged to the Customer will be the one indicated on the Website at the time of purchase; subsequent changes after the order is submitted will not be taken into account. Any subsequent reduction does not entitle the Customer to a refund of the difference.
7.3. UNIBLANCO applies Service Fees as its remuneration on each transaction, shown separately in the basket, the order summary and the order confirmation. UNIBLANCO reserves the right to amend the Service Fees and the costs of resale and name-change services, giving reasonable prior notice by publication on the Website and email notification to registered users. Amendments apply to orders placed after the notification.
7.4. Additional Charges may be added depending on the user's choices and are indicated separately before the contract is concluded.
7.5. All amounts are expressed in Euros and inclusive of VAT. In the event of promotions, any announcement of a price reduction will also indicate the lowest price applied in the preceding 30 days, pursuant to art. 17 bis of the Consumer Code.
7.6. If the price shown on the Website is found to be erroneously lower than the correct price, UNIBLANCO may cancel the order and/or contact the Customer to offer them the opportunity to purchase at the correct price.
Art. 8 — Payment Methods and Invoicing
8.1. Payment may be made using the following methods:
• credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PostePay) via the secure Stripe and Nexi payment circuits;
• Carta del Docente (Teacher's Card) (where the product meets the relevant requirements);
• Culture Cards (18App, Carta della Cultura, Carta del Merito), where available for the event;
• Ticketzeta Voucher, under the conditions set out in Art. 14.
The methods available for a specific order are indicated during the purchase process. UNIBLANCO reserves the right to impose restrictions for security reasons.
8.2. The Total Amount is charged at the time the order is submitted. The contract is subject to a resolutive condition of non-payment: in the event of non-payment the contract is automatically terminated pursuant to art. 1456 of the Italian Civil Code and the user is immediately notified.
8.3. Payment data is transmitted via SSL-protected connection with 128-bit encryption. UNIBLANCO does not at any time have access to the user's credit card details, which never pass through the ticketzeta.it and ticketzeta.com websites. The 3D-Secure procedure is applied pursuant to EU Directive PSD2 (2366/2015).
8.4. For anti-fraud security purposes, UNIBLANCO reserves the right to request a front and back copy of a valid identity document within a period of no more than 5 working days. The order is suspended pending the document. If the document is not provided or an invalid document is submitted within the deadline, the contract is automatically terminated pursuant to art. 1456 of the Italian Civil Code and any Total Amount already paid is refunded to the same payment method used.
8.5. Admission Tickets are fiscal documents and cannot be separately invoiced. UNIBLANCO automatically issues a digital fiscal receipt for each purchase. An invoice may be requested exclusively for the Service Fees and any additional non-fiscal services, by entering billing details at checkout. It is not possible to request an invoice after the order has been completed.
Art. 9 — Delivery of Admission Tickets
9.1. Admission Tickets may be delivered, at the user's choice and upon payment of the applicable charges, in the following ways:
• Digital Ticket (e-ticket, PDF, print@home): sent by email, SMS or WhatsApp message, or downloadable from MyTicketzeta in the "My Orders" section;
• Express courier with FANBOX: paper Admission Tickets are delivered to the home address inside the FANBOX, a personalised Ticketzeta box included free of charge with this delivery method, where available for the event. Upon despatch, the Customer receives confirmation with a tracking number. Delivery takes place on working days during normal office hours;
• Collection at the event box office: where provided by the Organiser, upon presentation of the order confirmation.
9.2. The Customer is advised to keep the Admission Ticket safe. Sharing the QR code or barcode via social networks, messaging apps or other channels may result in ticket theft with consequent inability to access the event. In such cases UNIBLANCO is not obliged to replace the Ticket or refund it. The Digital Ticket is always available and downloadable from MyTicketzeta as a backup copy.
9.3. Admission Tickets cannot be reprinted or replaced in the event of loss, theft, deterioration, damage or destruction. In such cases, access to the event is not permitted and no refund is provided.
9.4. Ownership of the Tickets transfers to the Customer upon conclusion of the contract. In the case of physical delivery, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer when they take physical possession of the tickets. The Customer is advised to check the integrity of the packaging upon delivery and to note any anomalies on the carrier's transport document, accepting delivery with reservations. Receipt without reservations does not allow action against the carrier except in cases of fraud or gross negligence, or for damage not apparent at the time of delivery provided it is reported within 8 days of receipt.
9.5. In the event of an absent recipient, the courier will leave a delivery notice. Tickets held in storage must be collected within 5 calendar days of the second day following the notice. In the event of non-collection, the tickets are returned to UNIBLANCO which, upon request, may arrange re-shipment upon payment of the related costs.
9.6. The access control system authorises entry of only one Ticket per barcode/QR code. Any duplication or improper use is punishable by law.
9.7. In the event of non-delivery within the agreed timeframe, the Customer may report the problem through the assistance channels indicated in Art. 25. UNIBLANCO responds within 5 working days. Pursuant to art. 61 of the Consumer Code, the Customer may set an additional deadline for delivery, upon the expiry of which they are entitled to terminate the contract with the right to a refund of the Total Amount within 15 working days of termination.
Art. 10 — Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to art. 59, paragraph 1, letter n) of the Consumer Code, since the contract concerns the provision of leisure services that the organiser undertakes to provide on a specific date, the right of withdrawal provided for in art. 52 of the Consumer Code does not apply to the contract. The Customer may therefore not exercise the right of withdrawal in connection with the purchase of Admission Tickets, Season Tickets/Subscriptions, or ancillary products and services to be provided on a specific date or during a specific period.
In no case shall any refund of the face price, service fees, pre-sale charge or delivery costs be made for the customer's voluntary decision not to attend the event.
Art. 11 — Validity and Event Access
11.1. All Ticket Holders must have a valid ticket to access the Event venue. The Ticket constitutes an access pass exclusively for the Event for which it was issued, on the date and at the time indicated thereon.
11.2. The Organiser has the right to refuse access in the event of ticket irregularities, loss, theft, destruction, damage, deterioration, duplication or partial illegibility, and may carry out personal checks for security purposes.
11.3. For events with more than 5,000 spectators and for all events where applicable legislation or the Organiser requires personalisation, the name is shown on the Ticket and must correspond to the identity document presented at the entrance. Access is denied in the event of a mismatch, without entitlement to a refund.
11.4. Ticket validity is electronically verified at the entrance. Access with already used, photocopied, duplicated or invalid Tickets is not permitted.
11.5. The times indicated on the event page for door opening and closing do not necessarily coincide with the start or end time of the event, which is at the Organiser's discretion and may change. For events with a stated admission time slot, admission after the indicated time may not be permitted. In the event of a delay, it is the Organiser who decides whether or not to allow entry.
11.6. During the event, the introduction and use of certain objects or instruments inside the event venue may be prohibited. The Customer is invited to check specific restrictions directly with the Organiser before the event.
11.7. By accessing the event, the Customer acknowledges that photographic, audio and video recordings may be made by the Organiser or UNIBLANCO and consents to the possible use of their image captured in the context of the event for promotional and documentary purposes, in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Website.
11.8. UNIBLANCO reserves the right to cancel, at the request of the Organiser and/or the public safety authorities, an already issued Ticket or a placed order. In such case the Customer is entitled to a refund of the Total Amount paid.
Art. 12 — Cancelled, Brought Forward, Postponed or Varied Event — Refunds
12.1. UNIBLANCO, as provider of pre-sale services acting in the name and on behalf of the organiser, is in no case responsible for any postponement, bringing forward, cancellation or variation of the event. The party responsible to the Customer for any decision relating to the Event, including refund policies, is in all cases and exclusively the Organiser. In the event of cancellation, postponement or bringing forward, the Customer may always contact the Organiser directly to enforce their rights.
12.2. Cancelled Event
In the event of cancellation of the Event, UNIBLANCO will process the refund exclusively if specifically authorised to do so by the Organiser and to the extent that it has received the necessary funds. In the absence of authorisation or funds, the Customer must contact the Organiser directly.
The refund will be made according to the methods and timescales indicated by the Organiser and published on the Website. The indicated procedure is the only one accepted and must be followed within the established deadlines. Late or non-compliant requests cannot be accepted.
For refunds of Non-Digital Tickets, in accordance with applicable tax regulations, it is necessary to physically return the tickets to UNIBLANCO by registered post with return receipt to the address Via De Nicola 29/O, 92021 Aragona (AG), or as otherwise indicated on the Website. Without this fulfilment the refund cannot be processed.
Tickets for cancelled events may not be exchanged for tickets for other events. The Organiser reserves the right to retain the Pre-Sale Charge, up to a maximum of 15% of the Face Value.
12.3. Brought Forward or Postponed Event
In the event of a rescheduling or postponement, Tickets already purchased generally remain valid for the new date. If the Customer is unable to attend, they may request a refund of the Price net of Service Fees according to the methods and within the deadlines communicated by UNIBLANCO, subject to authorisation and funds received from the Organiser. Late requests cannot be accepted.
12.4. Material Variation of the Event
A material variation means a change that makes the event materially different from what was expected (e.g. replacement or non-participation of the main artist; relocation to a venue more than 100 km away). In that case the Customer, within the deadline communicated by UNIBLANCO, may confirm the ticket or request a refund subject to the Organiser's authorisation and funds. If the deadline passes without a response, the ticket is deemed valid for the varied event.
The following do not constitute a material variation: substitution of non-lead artists or individual band members; changes to the start or end time; changes to a Festival programme that do not result in the cancellation of the entire event.
12.5. Non-Refundable Costs
In no case may the Customer request from UNIBLANCO a refund of the Service Fees, delivery costs, the cost of the PROTECTED TICKET SERVICE or other ancillary services, as such amounts remunerate the services already provided by UNIBLANCO, regardless of the Organiser's subsequent provision of the event.
12.6. Refund Methods
The refund, where processed by UNIBLANCO on the Organiser's behalf, takes place by the following methods, determined on a case-by-case basis:
• re-credit to the same payment method used at the time of purchase;
• issuance of a Ticketzeta Voucher valid for 12 months, usable for the events of the same Organiser on the Website, or for all events on the Website, as indicated at the time of issuance.
For Tickets purchased with Carta del Docente, 18App, Carta della Cultura or Carta del Merito, the refund takes place exclusively by issuance of a Ticketzeta Voucher valid for 12 months.
If the refund to the same payment instrument fails, it is the Customer's responsibility to contact Customer Service through the channels indicated in Art. 25 to arrange alternative credit methods.
Art. 13 — Season Tickets / Subscriptions
13.1. A Season Ticket/Subscription grants access to a predetermined set of events or performances within a series, in the manner indicated on the event page (fixed slot, open slot or open ticket). Unless otherwise indicated, the rules applicable to Season Tickets/Subscriptions follow those applicable to individual Admission Tickets.
13.2. In the event of cancellation of one or more events within the series, the refund methods (full, partial or voucher) are decided by the Organiser on a case-by-case basis. UNIBLANCO will process the refund exclusively on the Organiser's behalf and within the limits of the funds received, in accordance with Art. 12.
13.3. The availability of resale and name-change services for Season Tickets/Subscriptions depends on the specific instructions of the Organiser and UNIBLANCO, as indicated on the event page.
Art. 14 — Ticketzeta Voucher
14.1. The Ticketzeta Voucher is electronic credit issued by UNIBLANCO, valid for 12 months from the date of issuance, not convertible into cash and non-transferable to third parties.
14.2. The Voucher may be used on the Website to purchase Admission Tickets. Depending on the conditions indicated at the time of issuance, it may be usable exclusively for events of the same Organiser on the Website, or for all available events.
14.3. Upon expiry of the validity period, the Voucher cannot be renewed and any residual value is non-refundable and non-convertible.
14.4. In the event of cancellation of an event purchased with a Voucher, the refund takes place by issuance of a new Voucher in accordance with Art. 12.6.
Art. 15 — TicketPlan Ticket Protection (Optional Service)
UNIBLANCO offers, on an optional basis at the time of purchase, the Ticket Protection — Refund Promise service, administered by TicketPlan – AGS pier GmbH on behalf of UNIBLANCO. This service is not an insurance policy.
Reimbursement through Ticket Protection is granted exclusively if the reason for inability to attend falls within the terms and conditions of the refund promise accepted at the time of purchase and is not already covered by the Organiser's refund policy. The specific terms and conditions of the service are available on the Website.
Art. 16 — Prohibition of Secondary Ticketing and Restrictions on Use of Tickets
16.1. Admission Tickets may not be resold for profit in the course of a commercial activity, even if not organised in a business form, without the Organiser's express consent. Unauthorised ticket resale is prohibited pursuant to Decree-Law 87/2018 and may constitute a criminal offence.
16.2. Admission Tickets may not be used as prizes in prize promotions, competitions, lotteries or other promotional initiatives, without prior written authorisation from the Organiser or UNIBLANCO.
16.3. It is not permitted to resell Tickets purchased using government bonuses and subsidies (18App, Carta del Docente, Carta della Cultura, Carta del Merito).
The Customer undertakes to comply with these provisions and to hold UNIBLANCO harmless from any damage resulting from their breach.
Art. 17 — Limitations on UNIBLANCO's Liability
17.1. Except in cases of fraud or gross negligence, UNIBLANCO cannot be held liable for expenses and damages, direct and indirect, of any nature, suffered by the Customer in connection with the sale of Admission Tickets.
17.2. UNIBLANCO is not responsible for changes, cancellations or programme alterations of events; it is not obliged to compensate the cost of the ticket for cancellation, postponement, bringing forward or variation of the event; it assumes no responsibility for damages related to the organisation of individual events.
17.3. UNIBLANCO is not responsible for failure or delay in performance in the presence of force majeure events, understood to include, by way of example: natural disasters, pandemics and public health emergencies, acts of war or terrorism, legislative or governmental measures, cyber attacks, telecommunications network failures. In the presence of such events, UNIBLANCO's obligations are deemed suspended for the duration.
17.4. UNIBLANCO is not responsible for disruptions, malfunctions or interruptions arising from third-party tools, applications or services, including by way of example and not limited to:
• third-party PDF readers and viewers (e.g. Adobe Acrobat Reader, device preview);
• instant messaging services (e.g. WhatsApp);
• digital wallets and ticket management apps (e.g. Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, third-party apps);
• the user's email provider;
• internet connections and network infrastructure not managed by UNIBLANCO;
• the user's hardware devices and operating systems.
17.5. UNIBLANCO reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any function or service for technical or organisational reasons, without prejudice to the performance of contracts already concluded.
Art. 18 — Intellectual Property
The content of the Website is owned by UNIBLANCO or used with the authorisation of the legitimate holders, and is protected by applicable laws on copyright, trademarks, patents and intellectual property. The Ticketzeta trademark is a registered trademark of its respective owners, licensed for use to UNIBLANCO srl Sole Shareholder Company. The name UNIBLANCO is reserved. The user is not authorised to register or use names, trade names, domains or other identifiers incorporating these names without the express written authorisation of the relevant holders.
Art. 19 — Personal Data Protection

The collection and use of cookies are governed by the Cookie Policy available on the Website. Order data is retained by UNIBLANCO for the periods required by applicable tax and civil law.
Art. 20 — Name-Change Service
20.1. The name-change service is available for Admission Tickets subject to personalisation, according to the timescales and methods defined by the Organiser and indicated on the event page. UNIBLANCO and the Organiser reserve the right to make such service available or unavailable, to amend its conditions and to set the maximum number of changes permitted per Ticket, even without prior notice.
20.2. The cost of the name-change service is € 2.50 (VAT included) per single Admission Ticket. UNIBLANCO reserves the right to amend this cost with reasonable prior notice.
20.3. To carry out a name change the Customer must log in to MyTicketzeta, select the order in the "My Orders" section and follow the instructions. The original Ticket is cancelled and replaced by a new Ticket bearing the updated name.

20.5. For Season Tickets/Subscriptions, the availability of name changes and the related procedures are indicated on the event page.
Art. 21 — Resale Service
21.1. The resale service allows the Customer to put back on sale on the Website Admission Tickets purchased, if they are unable to attend the event. The service may not be available for all events. UNIBLANCO and the Organiser reserve the right to activate or deactivate the service, even without prior notice.
21.2. The deadlines within which resale may be requested are set by the Organiser, visible on the event page and in MyTicketzeta. When sales of a ticket type close due to sell-out or the Organiser's decision, it is no longer possible to resell tickets of that type or to purchase tickets put up for resale by other users.
21.3. The cost of the resale service is € 5.00 per single Admission Ticket, charged only if the resale is successfully concluded. UNIBLANCO reserves the right to amend this cost with reasonable prior notice.
21.4. To activate the resale the Customer must log in to MyTicketzeta, select the order in the "My Orders" section and follow the instructions. The ticket is put back on sale at the original price.
21.5. Resale is considered concluded only if another user purchases the ticket. If successful:
• the original Ticket is immediately cancelled and is no longer valid for access to the event; any attempt to access with a cancelled ticket is legally punishable;
• the Customer receives email notification with the details of the resale;
• the refund of the ticket value, net of the resale service cost, the Pre-Sale Charge and the Service Fees, is credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.
21.6. The Customer may cancel the resale at any time, provided the ticket has not already been added to another user's basket. The Ticket may not be used for event access while it is in the resale system; therefore, in the event of non-sale, to access the event it is necessary to cancel the resale before the gate opening time.
21.7. If the ticket is not purchased by the deadline, the resale is considered not concluded and the original Ticket remains valid for access to the event.
21.8. Resale of Tickets purchased with 18App, Carta del Merito, Carta della Cultura or Carta del Docente is not permitted.
21.9. For Season Tickets/Subscriptions, the availability of resale and the related procedures are indicated on the event page.
