Did you buy a ticket for an event that requires a named ticket and need to change the holder?
The procedure for changing the holder is allowed according to the timing and methods defined directly by the Organizer, which will be published in the dedicated event section.
Log in with your account, open the relevant order within the "My Orders" section, open the order, and proceed with the name change.
The name change operation has a cost of €2.50 (VAT included) per single ticket.
On the day of the event, at the entrance, in addition to the ticket, a valid ID will also be required to verify the right to access. In case of mismatch, you will not be able to access the event and you will have no right to a refund.
