The general conditions set forth herein govern the relationship between Ticketzeta by UNIBLANCO S.r.l., operator of the websites ticketzeta.it and ticketzeta.com, the Organizers of entertainment and live events (hereinafter, the “Organizers”), and the Users intending to purchase tickets (hereinafter, the “User”).
The ticketing system, duly authorized by the Italian Revenue Agency and SIAE, allows the sale and distribution, including outsourcing, of admission tickets for entertainment events, through local box office points of sale managed by third parties, as well as online via the Internet.
UNIBLANCO S.r.l. operates an extensive commercial network, enabling any User with a personal computer to access the Ticketzeta website and avail themselves of ticketing services from home, purchasing and receiving electronically tickets, subscriptions, or other services for a wide range of events (fairs, sporting events, casinos, theaters, concerts, museums, clubs, etc.).
The User purchasing a ticket will receive it complete with all fiscal data and will be entitled to access the event directly.
The validity of the ticket shall be verified electronically at the entrance to the event venue; therefore, access will not be granted to any holder of a previously used, duplicated, or invalid admission ticket.
UNIBLANCO S.r.l. provides, on behalf of the Organizers of entertainment and live events, the ticket presale and distribution service.
Events published on the websites ticketzeta.it and ticketzeta.com are organized and managed exclusively by the respective Organizers.
By purchasing a ticket, the User confirms to have read, understood, and accepted these General Terms and Conditions.
UNIBLANCO S.r.l. reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to amend and/or supplement these Terms and Conditions. The updated version will always be available on ticketzeta.it and ticketzeta.com.
In order to purchase admission tickets via ticketzeta.it or ticketzeta.com, the User, where explicitly required by applicable legislation (e.g., secondary ticketing regulations, sporting events, etc.), must register.
Upon completion of the registration process, the system will send a confirmation email verifying the information provided.
Payment may be effected by credit card or prepaid card through secure payment systems Stripe and Nexi.
Where applicable, payment may also be made by using "Carta del Docente" or "Carte Cultura," subject to the relevant terms and conditions.
In the case of Users under the age of 18, each purchase must be reviewed and authorized by a parent or legal guardian.
UNIBLANCO S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse and/or cancel orders from Users involved in ongoing legal disputes, Users who have previously breached these Terms and Conditions, Users involved in fraud (especially credit card fraud), or Users who have provided false, incomplete, or otherwise inaccurate identifying information.
During the payment phase, transmission of the credit card number over the network is secured, as the connection to the banking server is established via a secure transmission protocol based on SSL3 with 128-bit encryption keys.
Upon completion of the payment transaction, the User may view the transaction outcome and will receive an email confirmation of payment.
This system ensures maximum protection of credit card data, as such information never transits through ticketzeta.it or ticketzeta.com.
Following the purchase, the User will receive a confirmation email and, depending on the case, a PDF ticket sent via email, SMS, or WhatsApp message, or alternatively, where provided, will collect the ticket at the event box office or receive it via courier delivery.
All attendees must possess a valid ticket to access the event. Each ticket grants admission solely to the event for which it was issued, on the specified date and time.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission in the event of irregularities in the ticket or proof of purchase, including tickets that are lost, stolen, destroyed, damaged, deteriorated, or partially illegible, as well as to carry out personal security checks at the venue entrance.
Pursuant to Article 55, paragraph 1, letter b) of Legislative Decree no. 206 of October 6, 2005 (the “Consumer Code”), the right of withdrawal under Articles 64 et seq. of the Consumer Code shall not apply.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions and completing the purchase, the User expressly acknowledges and agrees that, as UNIBLANCO S.r.l. acts on behalf of the Organizers, UNIBLANCO S.r.l. is not authorized to refund or replace purchased tickets.
7.1 In the event of cancellation of an event, UNIBLANCO S.r.l., in accordance with the procedures and timing determined by the Organizer (as the sole party responsible for the event), undertakes to refund the ticket price (net of presale fees and commissions) only where UNIBLANCO S.r.l. has been expressly delegated by the Organizer to manage such refunds and only to the extent that it has received the necessary funds from the Organizer.
Refunds will be granted exclusively for tickets purchased through Ticketzeta’s official sales channels: its website or an affiliated outlet.
UNIBLANCO S.r.l. shall in any case retain the presale fee, where applicable.
In any case of cancellation and/or postponement, the User may contact the Organizer directly to enforce any related rights.
Under no circumstances shall UNIBLANCO S.r.l. be liable to refund service fees, delivery charges, or ancillary services (such as insurance) in the event of cancellation or postponement, as such fees are remuneration for services already rendered.
7.2 UNIBLANCO S.r.l. shall provide a refund if the User has purchased the optional "Ticket Protection – Refund Promise" at the time of purchase, and the inability to attend the booked event falls within the scope of that Refund Promise’s terms and conditions. The Refund Promise is an optional service offered by UNIBLANCO S.r.l. and administered on its behalf by TicketPlan - AGS pier GmbH. It does not constitute an insurance policy.
UNIBLANCO S.r.l. acts solely as a ticketing service provider and has no authority to refund, in whole or in part, the cost of tickets before, during, or after the event.
UNIBLANCO S.r.l. shall not be held liable for any changes to or cancellation of the program of events offered for sale.
UNIBLANCO S.r.l. shall not be liable for any inconvenience, damages, or losses suffered by the User in connection with the cancellation, postponement, or modification of an event.
UNIBLANCO S.r.l. assumes no responsibility for direct or indirect damages related to the organization of individual events.
UNIBLANCO S.r.l. further reserves the right to cancel any order for which payment has not been successfully completed. Users are advised to verify event details directly on the Organizer’s official website.
